Chakras are energy centres. Energy flows through them as they spin.
Each of the seven main chakras in the human body relates to a different part of
the body-mind-soul and is represented by a different colour.
The first chakra, or Root is called Muladhara. It is located at the base of the spine and its colour is red.
The second chakra, or Sacral is called Swadisthana. It is located below the navel and its colour is orange.
The third chakra, or Solar Plexus is called Manipura. It is located below the breast and its colour is yelow.
 The fourth chakra, or Heart is called Anahata. It is located at the heart and its colour is green / pink.
The fifth chakra, or Throat is called Visuddha. It is located at the throat and its colour is light blue.
The sixth chakra, or Third Eye is called Ajana. It is located between the eyes and its colour is indigo.
The seventh chakra, or Crown is called Sahasrara. It is located at the top of the head and its colour is violet.
